Ive seen a few pricey models that vent but nothing around this price range. hard to tell from the pictures if this one does

The air inside also doesn't circulate well, so I'd get hotspots. I couldn't recommend one of these

Basically the pros are: high temp, cheap
the cons are like, everything else about it. The noise, hot spots, lack of circulation/venting
In my experience the best filament dryers are made by Sunlu and they arent very cheap but they arent much more than this either.
Buy just about any used dehydrator, there are mods for most of them on thingaverse. Check the specs to see what the temperatures, timer, and display features are. I use whatever is cheapest.
Unless you're using specific filaments like nylon a lot and live in a humid area then you won't notice any difference between filament dryers.

how low does it have to go and how long do you leave it in there for
I set mine at 120f (50c) and leave it in for around 4 hours. An air fryer with a dehydrate function should be able to go that low.
stop trying to get people killed dude
spend the $30 on a dryer and avoid cancer ffs
A modified food dehydrator holds 5 spools and is cheaper. Just make sure it gets between 50-70C
