I use the "lever-less" version of this same toaster and love it. Very consistent toasting

Do you have a link for this product? Where did you get it from?

I got mine from Costco and it does not toast evenly. That being said we kept it and it's minor. I didn't pay 150.

edit. I like the toaster but when I first got it I could be heard saying " I paid doulbe and it doesn't toast better" Going to use it tomorrow to make a croissant (bagel mode 3) but I make toast M-F and put the butter on the darker side. it's not much different but noticeable. and I definitely would never buy a leverless toaster. when someone does a bad job at cutting their bagel or croissant the lever will assist in getting it out.

They did not mention it beeps a single tone when done.

I've never had trouble with the ejection of the toast but sometimes it needs help going into the toaster with uneven bagels.

I agree...this model has issues...I had bought another one with similar features made by Bella from Best buy for under $30 and been happy with it...you can also check your local HomeGoods as had seen some good ones under $40 there a few weeks ago...

I used to have this toaster. Its toasting got weaker over time. One of the handles broke and it's in a style I couldn't find a replacement part for. The displays made a quiet electric hissing noise whenever they were illuminated, which included several minutes after it was used.
