This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.
Worst part, it says customer service hours are from 8.30-4.30 PST but you get out of office message at 2 PST as well.

File a charge back with your bank.
I actually got it from Costco in store so I am thinking to just return it but it is so heavy and big that I have not done that yet.
Yes, I bought one from costco last month. The water runs down the sides and down through the legs. Everything will stay dry underneath.
