Use app to set your location to a Kohl's store.
In Kohl's app, it should think you are in store and it should apply coupon MOBILEFREESHIP. It may take a few times opening and closing app to get it to work.
You must also enable mock GPS locations in your developer settings on the phone. Google that, super easy to do.
