They had similar deal past winter and I had it. With two kids, I got my moneys worth. Here is some details…

- It is unlimited game play, BUT this does NOT work at any game that actually give out a price. Like the rubber duck/Ticket blocks/Game cards/Rubber balls etc.
- There is about 30-40sec pause between each swipes. With 2 kids it wasn't too bad. If you have more, then it will be very annoying.
- As long as you use it at least once a week to make sure you get the 2000 tickets, its worth the $150 for all of summer.
- After you reach the 2000 tickets for the week, You can still paly the games, it just wont give out anymore tickets, it says something like "0 tickets" or "limit reached", i dont recall exact message.
- When you sign up, you get an email with QR code. This need to be scanned EVERYTIME you go there to activate on the D&B card for that day.
- Use the same D&B card, so you can rack up the tickets on the same card
- I had a friend sign up as well, and had him send me his QR code. No ID check, so I was able to use mine and his. I had a separate card dedicated to my friends accounts, so his tickets stayed in that card and I gave that to him when the winter deal was over.
- I had close to 20,000 tickets when winter was done and kids went crazy at the gift shop. They wont forget that.
- You cannot have same QR code activated on two different cards at the same time. I tried it and it deactivated the first one.
- $150 was eell worth the fun for me during 2 months of winter. This deal is about a month longer.

With winterpass, there was a $5 weekly allowance to use toward food/drink, which i don't see this time.
Also, You cout not use D&B gift card to get the winterpass. I would think its the same thing this time around as well. So if you thinking about doing that, do the research before getting the gift card. .

Firstly, for me and my kids, we usually spend a hundo to play games each visit. They only want to play to get tickets for prizes. If D&B had great arcade games like the 90s arcades of old then the lower tier pass would be worth it, but most D&B I have been too have a ton of games around winning tickets.

That's basically my experience as well with three kids (8, 8, 10) and my local and relatively new D&B. They mostly care about tickets and those stupid prizes and that seems to be what majority of the games are (more carnival games than traditional arcade). They do like to race each other though which is the main thing holding me back.

I'm thinking of getting two cards, one for each of my kids so they can play games against each other. Using Costco gift cards, that'd cost $240. Looks like it's good for 14 weeks. Two cards for 14 weeks at 2k tickets each per week would be 56,000 tickets. What can you get with 56k tickets?

you can check your local D&B but heard it's going to cost more for items starting in June due to tariffs. Some stores have already done so. ex: quest 3 is 150,000 but some are at 180,000 (most still have quest 2)

Thanks for all the info. Any suggestions for 3 kids (12, 9, 5)? Seems like I could get platinum for the older 2 and gold for the 5yo since I'd like for her to still be able to get tickets but she wouldn't be getting as many as the older 2.

The food discount is kinda weird. So if I buy food for all of us I would get 30% off for the older 2 and 20% off for 5yo? How do you buy the food with their passes as the adult?

Costco egift card works fine. I printed mine out to make it easier. You'll need to purchase through a server and then you'll get a QR code(s) which you'll activate at the winner's circle to receive the gameplay cards

With the 30-40sec pause between each swipes are you able swipe quickly enough on a single card for the two kids to play the same game simultaneously (e.g., drive against each other in the racing games or work collaboratively in the shooting games)? Or did you need to use two separate cards (yours and your friend's) in order to swipe quickly enough so two kids could play the same game simultaneously?

"- I had a friend sign up as well, and had him send me his QR code. No ID check, so I was able to use mine and his."
Nice! The current FAQ says "You will also be requested to show proof of identification." Wonder if that's new or if your location's staff just didn't enforce that rule.
Yes i was able to get both kids to play same racing games at the same time. To make that happen,
Swipe first one in, Then wait 30-40sec get the second one in. The racing game last about 2-3min. You need to swipe the card again when 30-40sec is done, while they are playing the game. Dont wait for the game to be over. When the game is done, the swipe credit is giong to be there, so they can click start and go on with the next game. As long as someone keep doing this, it work. This works for any multi player games.

With 3 kids it would be better to have two cards as you mentioned.
For food, just order what ever stuff you want, and at the end let the waiter know you have the 30% off, Waiter ask for the QR code. So make sure you give the platinum QR code, so you get 30% off of the enter bill.
