AMD Radeon 890M. Not the Nvifia Graphics card
That's integrated graphics. Part of the CPU.
Ryzen integrated graphics are more powerful than Intel iGPUs with this one performing like a GTX 1070. Obviously not high end but it's the reason for the use of the word "gaming." Plus the fact it has an USB4/Oculink interface which allows it to use an external GPU.
AMD Radeon 890M
Are you joking? This is one of their best internal gpu equivalent to the 1070z I get it not amazing or blazing fast, but for what it is; it's pretty awesome they can shove that kind of power in a rubix cube

The specs say "8GB*4." This is to indicate that the memory is in a quad channel configuration, 32GB total.
I might be wrong but the impression I got for these Ai cpus the ram is built into the cpu package
The ram modules are soldered on the mainboard. It is the mainboard manufactur's choice, regardless of the chip.
AMD APUs and CPUs do not have RAM on the package.
You might confused with Intel SoC. Yes, Intel Luna Lake SoCs have RAM on the package to increase bandwidth and reduce latency (for AI, I assume). Although, this may provide faster RAM performance, people dont like it. Since they cannot expend ram themselves.
