I have run these for the last two or so years. They are fine. Occasionally I will try a bag of something like pecan or apple, etc. Maybe it's my pallet, but I don't notice much of a difference with pellets. Pellet smokers usually don't put out a lot of smoke. I use a smoke tube and that helps. I do notice these burn a little faster than some of the others, but not enough to deter me from getting them. Even at regular price they are a good deal.

They are nothing special. Typical blend. Good price though.

Worth it to pick up a bag of these if I already have 2 bags of Kirkland on hand?

I buy these from Lowe's all the time - good quality, decent flavor. I dump them in a bucket with hard lid to keep the moisture out.

Great deal on pellets. I don't know if it was just the Lowes around my area but almost all of them had ripped corners. I went to 2 different Lowes to get 5 bags. The first Lowes had half a pallet and all of them were ripped on the corners and pellets were falling out. I grabbed two of the best one. I went the the 2nd Lowes and a new pallet that was just opened. The first 2 layers had ripped corners and pellets was falling out. I was able to get 3 more unripped bag.
