Read the description carefully. It doesn't come with any hydration bladder. Just the 'sleeve' which is part of the backpack. Even the reviews show that the buyers received it with no water bladder, so the seller offered $5 refund which he may even stop doing that, as the listing says it comes with only the 'sleeve'.

Thanks! It appears to me that it should include the bladder, and those received without one were defective/sent in error. Does anyone have one of these?

I just bought the hike / bike smaller one last week and they came with the bladder… Nice and worth the $.
I got 2 of these and they should be here Monday…

I bought the one listed at $11.99 (4 L bag with 2 L bladder) and it came with the bladder. It was brand new with tags.
