Had to dig deep in the website, Almond butter has 250 calories, 11 grams of sugar, 41 grams of carbs abs, and 10 grams of protein. "Healthy" I guess there is worse stuff to eat out there.

Thanks, I found it suspicious the nutrition label didn't appear on Amazon's site.

Much more expensive but I just ordered this earlier today from Amazon:

I love canola oil.. full of those mono/poly-unsaturated much needed fats. It's definitely the best seed oil available.. tremendous seed oil, just beautiful seed oil, probably the best in history. Give us those omegas, those beautifully tremendous omega 3/6 fatties! (All in my best Trump voice Wink)

11g of sugar is nothing for healthy people, considering our bodies mostly run on simple sugars broken down from these complex sugars.

This stuff is hard as a rock though.. that's my issue.EEK!
