Tekton isn't a HF brand, but you can get it online or at big box store.. I think Home Depot caries them. I can vouch for the Tekton brand torque wrenches, they are a good quality. That said, for any serious work you'd ideally want to be able to have a wrench calibrated yearly. But I trust the Tekton well enough for occasional use out of the box.
Proper care is a big part of keeping any click type torque wrench properly calibrated. Always store in the lowest setting.
I have numerous products that are produced under the "Amazon Basics" name (including several hand tools) and every one of them far exceeds the norm of build quality and perfect tolerances, with each showing very quality materials and machining used in their build.
I'll let you know when I come across a crappy built product from Amazon Basics, because so far, it hasn't happened or even been close.
If you knew what inch-lbs meant, then you'd realize that about 18 lbs of pulling force on that handle will provide 200 in-lbs of torque.

Breaking a M6 bolt in a fender isn't a big deal. Breaking an M6 bolt in a cylinder head is an entirely different level of pain, so I guess it depends on what you're working on.
