Great deal - wonder if you could wrap some rice in cheesecloth or panty hose and use as a dessicant to keep the moisture at bay? Also for those not brave or don't wish to stock up as much Sam's Club has the 29 ounce container also on sale for $5. It's honestly like McCormick is saying, "Here, take this massive jar of flavor, and may your steak game never suffer again."

you could probably vac seal it into bags to keep it fresh until needed
