Is this good on galvanized metal sheet raised beds? I put one in a place that throws glare at a certain angle.

It should stick if the galvanized metal has been weathered and the oils from the manufacturing process have come off. Matte is good for hiding imperfections when applying

Matte clear would last longer I use it on plates to avoid tickets.

Yes, it is weathered already. I left it under the sun/rain and snow for like 8 months already.
