You may need to check inventory at several stores to hopefully run across this super slick deal.
EDIT:
so my store has in stock, but they won't match$49. they saying it's a glitch and there is no way that anyone can get it for the price, some manager came over and called here and there, amd he said it's the web glitch. so with that being said, if someone here bought for $49 post the proof
Biggest downside is the battery won't access as large of a tool set as the Ryobi 18v system.
Second is the batteries aren't dual-use like the Skil 12v/20v batteries that can be used as USB powerbanks to charge phones without an adapter.
Third is does it lack quick-charge feature to add some juice to finish a job? Skil batteries can do a quick 5-10 minute charge to get a useful 20%+ charge added.
Fourth is how much vibrating does it have at max, and how often do you use it at that level? Tradesmen using it 8 hours continuously will want a multitool that is powerful, but very low vibration.

Aside from that, almost any multitool will do fine for home use. It'll really come down to the blades - a good blade will cut fast, a crappy one will make you wonder if the tool is broken.
