Motherboard reviews aren't exactly reliable. Lots of people dive in trying to build a PC without a clue what they are doing. I've had my hands on lots of different brands over the years and never seen a bent pin unless I bent it myself on accident. I actually have a prebuilt from nzxt using this motherboard currently and have not had any issues.

Bent pins possibly, but both driver support and missing chips would be manufacturer issues, unless the board experienced such abuse as to knock off chips, which would likely have caused other serious damage prior to chips flying off.

There is a review on I think Amazon that shows a missing chip on the board. Solder is clearly on the pad but no chip is there.

That again sounds like shipping issues. Now if it was a theme across multiple reviews then it might get into the territory of quality control but otherwise hard to gleam much from a single review saying a chip was missing.

There are many reviews mentioning poor quality control. I've been building PCs for over two decades and would rather not deal with questionable mobos. There are enough bad reviews that I would be wary, but if you aren't, more power to you and I hope I'm wrong and you have a great experience.

NZXT is Gross. You might as well spray paint a swastika on your pc.

Ontop of 1700 ? why ? AM5 guaranteed future Cpus, 24 core incoming with new memory controller.

Thanks for the backstory. So they sold some kind of PC rental service (that's a thing?) and kept changing its terms to stop bleeding money, misleading people in the process? That's unfortunate.

Other than NZXT being a heinous company due to their abhorrent predatory rental market business- not sure why this is listed as expired. Motherboard price still live on Best Buy and Amazon.
