I'm pretty sure they mean the seller, not the company. Never heard of ShopSolar before.

Edit: ShopSolar is on Ecoflow's list of authorized dealers, so purchasing from them should have full warranty. And the cheapest I have seen to date for the Delta Pro 3.
I think you may be mistaken. A quick search has people talking about this site (shopsolarkits) vs shopsolar. This site is not shopsolar. They are a dropshipping company from Philippines it looks like.

Edit: i don't see any other shopsolar online though? But if you search people talking about this they are saying that shopsolarkits is a middleman/dropshipper and they are not shopsolar. Anyhow unsure now what's the deal.

Do the fans on these still sound like jet engines even at a 200w output?

I returned a delta pro over the holidays because they apparently cheaped out on quality fans/fan curve to cool such an expensive piece of tech.

Such a silly thing to cheap out on when you are spending so much, my PC pulling like 400-500 watts was silent vs that thing

Well that makes you odd. Websites do that all the time
I rarely see other's sales being presented on websites. What's another reputable site that has popups of other people's purchases?

One of the biggest complaints on previous devices (e.g. Delta Pro, Delta 2, River 2) was fan noise. They've addressed this with the Delta Pro 3, Delta 3 Plus, and the River 3 lineup with much quieter and much less aggressive fan profiles.

It's a shame they can't (or won't) apply similar quiet fan behavior to past devices, but that could also cause overheating issues.

Who cares? This adds no value to this deal discussion and clogs up the thread with nonsense when people come here for beneficial information.

You can add a $1 filler (search "lugs") and get it for $101 off with "SOLAR101" coupon. Shipping becomes $6 though for the lugs. You might substitute something else you need/want that might have free shipping. $1905.49 after $6 shipping and the lugs. This is a real site, an authorized partner with Ecoflow. They are linked on the ecoflow partner webpage.

You can go to the EF website and look up shop solar. When that company comes up, click on the link to that vendors direct website (which IS shop solar kits) and then search EF and find this direct deal rather than follow the listed link. Before posting this deal that is what I did to make sure I wasn't picking up some drop shipper.

Agreed. Because of all the back and forth I looked up the addresses listed on the ShopSolarkits site and they link to ShopSolar. The copyright on the page is ShopSolar, the headers on pages say ShopSolar. If you go to their YouTube, it links to ShopSolarkits.com
Not sure why people think a website has to match a company name exactly 🙄

excellent idea to bring it down to $1905 saving another $34 (i tested it out and it works). i don't plan on buying this, but for those who are planning to, your idea is great. if it was tax free i would pull the trigger, but with 10.2% tax rate where i live, i will wait for a slightly cheaper or tax free deal. I want under $2k out the door.

I wouldn't hold my breath... this price seems like an early outlier, and fairly close to what the OG Delta Pro deals have been lately...

This is a fantastic price on an excellent product. I got mine for $2,600 about six months ago, and that was the previous best price a few months after launch.

It's extremely quiet unless you're really taxing it. I use mine every day, and I'm eager to buy more when funds allow.

This is cheaper than the 4kw extra battery, which is both infuriating and intriguing. Only knock I can think of is that the solar input is undersized for the unit, but I do my best to max it out anyhow.

If I had the funds, I'd buy this and have it daisy-chain into my existing one.

It says 10 milliseconds switch over... UPS functionality is typically 20 milliseconds or less
I searched. 10 milliseconds is good for a UPS but 20 milliseconds is a bit much.

It's not uncommon for small-time companies to use names that are similar to established ones to try to trick people.

Anyone familiar with these, is there a good forum or group to read about which specific ecoflow devices best support the EPS functionality for UPS use from user feedback and experiences?

Interested in this also.

Would like to look into the viability of a ecoflow device being in between a desktop computer and the wall outlet just like a UPS, and also be able to wheel it out for camping or remote power if ever needed. Like a tiny 5 mile emergency "gas can" for a EV.

Curious how well it would work in those applications.
The gen 3 (and esp this one) will support < 10ms and they also have USB cable for automatic shutdown.

I have exact same use case as you. What I did was daisy chain so I have a very small cyberpower UPS (will run my rack for maybe 30 min) which is the primary which I paid maybe $120 for a few years ago and it is pure sinewave and has the USB connection. I then daisy chain it to a Delta 2 (1k) which I bought for $370 and if I want to use it out for the weekend on a trip, I simply unplug it and I still have UPS on my rack and then I have extended serial runtime of 8-9 hours if there is extended power outage.

This way if some real cheap batteries come along I can just substitute. Like this AM I saw a rackmount 5K LFP for like $820.

Anyways that is my preferred method. Put an old skool cheap known UPS in the rack and put out extended power as generic bank as needed. That way I am not locked into some proprietary system like Ecoflow although I do like their products at higher capacity their prices are 2x or more the newcomers.

Yes I understand there are some serial losses but most are line interactive so they are minimal and certainly cheaper than buying a monolithic solution and way more flexible.

That is explicitly what copyrights are for. If a name is close enough to be confused with a name that is copyrighted then the copyright holder can sue. Or something like that, I am not an attorney.
