they regularly have sales on these under $400. It's not that they're falling.

I missed the sale on the 150ah version. These batteries, along with portable complete batteries (ecoflow, etc.), seem to be getting more affordable. I am interested in building my own little setup in a box/ice chest, or whatever people do instead of buying a ready to go ecoflow mainly for fun purposes. Is there anyone here into that kind of stuff and can point me to the right direction as far as videos or websites that show what to buy and do etc.

I know you need a battery, charger (plug in or solar), and inverter. Thank you!

There are literally hundreds of YouTube videos on exactly this topic. Start by watching Will Prowse basic videos and then search for "portable power station" or something similar.

What's a good invertor to buy to go along with this battery? I'm assuming I can't just plug my refrigerator into this. I need to power a 600watt A/C device.

I used a vevor 2.5KW pure sine wave inverter. Spend the little extra together a pure sine wave. Many devices won't work with the fake modified cheaper ones.

You have to add the coupon code 30QOH26E mentioned in the OP and then the $100 will change to $159.

The coupon wouldn't take for me last night, but it did today.

Will Prowse is my go to, but I'll say I started with DIY, but now that things are a lot cheaper, I personally would go with EG4 (for home system) or some of the other AIO for mobile use. I spent more money learning to make one but the time and fear that I messed up or it being a DIY look, not to mention getting the right tools, connectors, etc is no worth it for me anymore
