They have the BE96U, but not the BE92U.

Great deal even without customizable specialized firmware from Merlin. With all due respect to Merlin, his customized firmware is insignificant and unnecessary for the majority of users

Amazing ports but without Merlin I am not taking a gamble on their firmware. But you probably will not find much lower prices for months or even a year+ to come.

I have been monitoring prices for routers and bought this from BBY yesterday after the price cut. Set it up overnight and it is a major upgrade compared to my previous Fios G1100. Was very concerned about firmware and instability but haven't run into anything yet.

Did not use the BBY 15% off recycling coupon because I simply wanted to test the router out but at this point I may just keep it (return/rebuy with coupon). If it works for you without issue, definitely best bang for your buck on a Wi-Fi 7 router at the moment.

I literally just bought the Asus RT AXU88Pro from Best buy a few days ago. Honestly for my needs I think the 88Pro is probably better for me anyway.

Does not have the newer upgraded CPU. This has a quad core 2.0 GHz versus the newer quad core 2.6 GHz processor.
