Just because Amazon labels this as bread flour doesn't make it bread flour.
Bread flour should have at least 12% protein, whereas all purpose flour typically has 10%.
King Arthur is 12.7% for bread flour, 11.7% for all-purpose.
This Amazon "bread flour" has 3g protein per 30g flour, or only 10%, which makes it just bog-standard all-purpose flour, likely indecipherable from something like Walmart store brand unbleached all-purpose flour.

Will give it a shot, Pillsbury bread flour is usually $4.99 at my store, $3.99 when on sale, so the price is right. We'll see if we get: busted open sack, bugs, or expired flour from Amazon.
Vitacost often has 20% off Bob's Red Mill or "we've missed you, here's 20% off your order" coupons. And you can often get 10% CB on Vitacost orders thru various sites, so it's pretty easy to get quality flour at this price.
Not really a good price at all. Stop by Gordon Food Service store and you can have 25lbs for $12.99 or less
For non bleached bread flour? I am not familiar with the store and none in my area. On their web site they reference a 50lb bag of bleached bread/crust flour for $24. Still a great deal if you can use that much. I get 25lb bags of bleached bread flour at Sams Club for about $12.

I stopped trusting amazon with food awhile ago. Absolutely no way this arrives in even decent condition.
My last 2 containers of Nestle quik choclate powder was open and dumped inside the shipping box. It was just thrown in a slightly larger box and bouncing around. I am skeptical of that as well.
