They do.

Kobalt actually has one of the nicest little well cased & compact sets to carry in a vehicle.
It is not an attractive purchase for people that would rather pay less per tool for a lot of junk tools they will never use.

Kobalt 3/8" 19pc 6pt Metric Set (86759) [lowes.com]
10,12,13,14,15,16,17,& 18mm in both Standard & Deep
------
Tekton's tool quality is hit or miss depending on who they source each product from.
Can't speak to these in particular other than it's a very complete set for the drive size.

Tekton 3/8" 42pc 6pt Metric Set (SKT15201) [tekton.com]
No skip 6 to 24mm in both Standard & Deep
------
Not the biggest fan of these Milwaukee sockets or ratchets, but it is a handy set.

Milwaukee 3/8" 32pc 6pt Metric Set (48-22-9508) [milwaukeetool.com]
No skip 6 to 19mm in both Standard & Deep
Same set comes in either the slim case (48-22-9508) [amazon.com] or the bulkier Packout case (48-22-9482) [acehardware.com]

Why would you want both SAE and metric in the same set? You're paying for a lot you don't need or want

Even Jeep (American) now use metric... not that I'd ever buy a Mopar but

What if you own an old Jeep and new Jeep?
See how that works?

Also, most construction uses SAE. If you're into more than just fixing cars with your "mechanics" set, the SAE will come in handy. Likewise, Grade 8 bolts are only in SAE.

The equivalent metric grade 8 bolts are class 10.9 bolts. They are found as cylinder head bolts and suspension bolts.

True, but Grade 8 is still SAE. Used in Aerospace also.

Got this last time it was on sale. Way nicer than the craftsman v series 1/4 set. The case is really high quality. Keep this in my car. Nice to have both metric and SAE for non car stuff like assembling or fixing camping gear or disassembling Craigslist or street finds.

I assume you mean latch. The latch is garbage. Silly to have a solid set like this where the downfall is the latch. It will break. I returned one, but I'll just glue a Velcro close on my other two when the latch breaks. The tools are nice. Great for sticking in your trunk or in a drawer in the kitchen.

ah yes the 10.9 grade. i changed the control arms on my S500 and was surprised the bolts were that strong. Zgermans are a bit OP in their specs for these cars but it runs quite amazing. anyway I do agree i wish these were all Metric. almost any work i do on cars these days it's all metric for the most part.
