Funny. I ordered a price mistake pair of monitors about a month ago, and Best Buy cancelled my order. Now they sent me this $10 offer. I haven't bought anything from them for at least a couple years.

I've spent over $8k on BB and have never ever received a single certificate (other than getting points on purchases and turning them into certificates).

I think that is true. I spent a thousand this year, on one account, I received nothing. The other account I never use got a $5 certificate that can never be used. Either way, it's a loss.
