After refilling the reservoir, on the very next load I notice a little bit of residue on the dishes closest to the door. I just rinse it off, and it only happens on the load right after refilling the reservoir.

I've been using this for years and have never encountered that issue. I do notice a little bit of residue on the dishes closest to the reservoir on the first load after refilling the reservoir, but I just rinse it off or run those 2-3 dishes again in the next load.
