I don't do keto; dislike the texture and flavor of many protein bars; and have a sweet tooth.
I feel these are better for me than a Snickers; taste good; and at this price point, much less expensive.

Gotta love the sugar fear mongers. If you do a substantial amount of cardio and weight training it's a complete non factor.

I got this flavor last time and it's pretty awful IMO. Other chocolate mint protein bars have been fine.

Ingredients include: Soy Protein Isolate, Soy Flour, Soybeans, Soy Protein Concentrate, Soybean Oil, Soy Lecithin.
Hope you like soy!
At least they dilute the soy with palm oil and sugar.

Yea but these taste like garbage and have garbage macros, why even eat this. Even if you lift heavy and do cardio, why waste a dessert slot on this POS bar, have a real candy bar or ice cream sundae at that point
