I bought this monitor. It died after less than 3 months. Getting ANY help from Samsung CS was an absolute nightmare. I ended up having to dispute the charge successfully at which point Samsung CS finally reached out. I told them I already got my money back and got it in writing that they didn't want it back. I hate Samsung CS as this is not the first time I have had an issue with one of their products. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. it is a PIA to deal with their CS

I was able to get the discount thru Tickets at work also and pick it up thru Best Buy in the morning. No shipping needed.

LG makes a widescreen 5k2k mini that's really good for productivity. Deco gear has a monitor that uses LG panels that's a cheaper option, there was a deal posted a few weeks ago

Is the Samsung care worth it or is there a better option? I see they offer 2 and 4 year options
Been stalking this monitor for a while waiting on a deal and since i plan to do 2 24inch above it this bonus monitor is perfect.

lol not a bad idea but when it comes to productivity i need simplicity and i'll pay a premium for it. don't want to have to put in and be plugging in a dock and have a bunch of cables running. just one plug and i'm done!
