I missed out on a YMMV clearance TCL 58" at Costco a month ago. The slight better one with built in Onkyo speakers & subwoofer is $249 with 3 year manufacturer warranty,

Costco has two 58" models for TCL , make sure you get the one with the Onkyo speakers listed in description. The other is the one that was on clearance but online they are the same price at the moment

It's hard to generalize what $50 is "worth" to other people. Unless you place two TVs side-by-side, it's hard to differentiate quality. The average person will probably not feel like the "lower" quality 4k picture detracts from the overall experience. And some people (including me) would pay extra money for Roku over other platforms even if the other specs are supposedly worse.

It's a very solid TV and the picture is nice for movies and video games. The Roku interface is great. Only complaint is the speakers are on the weaker side.

Btw, the 65" onn. TV includes a 2-year warranty, provided you register the product within the first 90 days. You can couple that with a credit card extended warranty.

Power supply went out in a 55 inch the kids got their mom on 2022.
