Hmmm 7g of fiber, some carb, potassium, magnesium, vit C, B1, B9 , even protein.

Not zero NUTRITIONAL value. Great for soups and stews.

I also miss the easy open cans.

it doesn't say "Fresh Cut", it says "Farm Choice". I'm not sure what's the diff.
