Unless you're on municipal fiber or signed up with some experimental ISP, there's no way you're paying under $200 a month for 10Gb internet.
As it is, I'm on 2Gb fiber and this is the first off the shelf router to dip below $500 that might actually work for my setup.
Gigglefiber.com has 8gb x8gb for $100 in my neighborhood

The symmetrical 8 is sketchy, by the way.
EDIT: Nevermind, you not only doxxed yourself by this ISP only existing in one city, but there's no such plan. Their residential 1Gb/40Mb plan is $65 and there appears to be a data cap.
He probably meant Google fiber which does have an 8 gig plan although it's showing 150 a month.
