We can get a 10% Off coupon from Alienware Arena, that will reduce the price to 899 before taxes. I just ordered with this and this should be applicable for all US orders

None of that is relevant to whether this is a deal or not. A better price will always arrive down the road when it comes to tech. By then there will be something newer/better/faster/whatever.
Then don't buy it right now. Not sure why you're threadcrapping and spamming this thread nonstop with your negativity.

Does this stack with the 10% coupon as well?
unfortunately, no, I tried and it'll only take one of the 10% discounts.

I got this earlier this year.

I was worried about the curve but it's very minor. I wish it were 20% brighter but the image quality is very impressive for gaming and editing work. The only other criticism is it doesn't have built-in speakers. The target audience probably will purchase dedicated speakers but it would be nice to have so it's a complete experience out of the box.

The 32" size is a nice bump up from the 27" I'm used to and I found to be a nice Goldilocks size over the 42" LG OLED which I've seen a lot of people use as a monitor before the LG and ASUS monitors came out.

All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase.

Just got the Samsung Neo G8 4k 240hz for $500 plus tax last week. Is this worth the additional $400?

I bought a refurb when it was on sale recently and returned it after three weeks. Both Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos flat out don't work very well. I wanted to replace my LG C3 42" with a "real" monitor. But I fought with this monitor and the settings daily, whereas the C3 just worked every single time. The AW's screen and colors were darker by default and even when the brightness was turned up to 100% (more heat), it still wasn't as bright as the C3. The colors seemed off or wonky, and yes, even with HDR and Dolby Vision turned off.
I use a Sonos Beam G2 sound bar for audio (eARC) and getting that to work with this monitor, and actually output Dolby Atmos instead of just stereo, was a daily struggle. I did get it to work, eventually, but then it wouldn't the next time I used it.
The effort to get this to work with my set up just wasn't worth it. I also ended up missing the flat screen of the C3, not to mention the extra real estate. When I switched back to the C3, everything just worked, no configuration required and it looked much better too. The only benefit of the AW is the refresh rate, 240 vs. 120, but I could care less. Everything else is better on the C3 and, most importantly, it just works. Oh yeah, and it's frequently less expensive too ($799@Amazon).

picture quality is the same on the 34" oled, minus the extra hz on the newer in this deal, most people cant even pull more than 60FPS in 4k
That's cap. The Series X with the equivalent of a 3060 can do many games at 4k 60FPS. The right PC tweaks can well exceed that. I play FF14 on my CX 55" TV on my 4070 ti and maintain 4k 80-100FPS on max settings.

This price makes zero sense. For $999 you can get the 45" OLED 240hz version, and it's really not that much bigger. I wonder how many kids get this, only to find the 45" OLED 240hz version for the same price, LOL. That's going to update them.
I'm pretty sure you're thinking of the non 4k UltraGear?

How is this monitor for productive work like coding with the curve?
It's great the text is really clean and clear, I use it daily (as a vertical monitor) alongside an ASD, I previously had the Samsung oled g8 which was horrible at rendering text

Don't let the slight curve scare you off, it's very subtle and looks great. One of the best monitors I have ever used. Only gripe is dolby vision can take a bit of work to get it going. Thanks OP!

This one is 4k vs 1440 on that one and this is also QD-OLED vs WOLED on that one. There are other more specific differences as well that you can use the compare tool on rtings.com to see, but this thing is better in pretty much every way unless your specific use case needs an UW.

The emailer coupon does not work, monitors are a specific exclusion.

Excludes: select PCs and servers, all third-party electronics, accessories & software, printers, ink, toner, all enterprise memory, all warranties, Dell monitors, gift cards, limited-time promotional doorbusters and deals.

I bought the refurb deal when it was available about a month ago and I absolutely love it. I wish I could spend more time with it. To the person who said it's not bright enough, I used the Rtings recommended settings, which advise to turn the brightness down. This monitor is best used in a dark room. Since it's a monitor, and your face is going to be closer to it than a TV, I prefer the lower brightness and it doesn't stand out to me at all in any negative way. I don't hook soundbars or speakers up to the monitor since I mainly use headphones for gaming and bluetooth for movies, so I haven't had that experience. Overall, this thing is beautiful.

And there are a few trolls here comparing this to a 2K monitor or standard OLED rather than QOLED. That alone should discredit their statements.
