I bought this when it was same price few weeks ago. I had ordered for an open box (Excellent). When the unit was delivered, I found that there was a medical insurance receipt of the previous owner. When I was setting up the laptop, I found that the previous owner's login was still available. I was surprised to see that it was not sanitized once it reached the warehouse and re-used as open box. Pretty surprising transfer of items by BestBuy.

Hmm lot of fuss. But anyways. It's very decent for a laptop except battery life. Battery lasts for 2-3 hours max. Not sure if there is a setting that I am doing wrong but definitely drains fast.

Speaker is decent. I could use it for media consumption. Build is soso(plastic) but passable.
