it then messages and emails you if it gets wet. great for under the sink and next to your boiler etc.

Good product. Can't speak to price as I had the hub from a motion sensor deal and paired 10 leak detectors to it from a different deal.

YoLink is great stuff, ultra reliable, insane range, and I do integrate with Home Assistant (cloud) am the new Hub 3 should support local/matter, but I'm okay so far. The Hub 3 has cellular backup, but I have that already myself.
