I tried to do this trick again by selecting Pike Place which then showed a $3.31 off coupon. Unfortunately, the coupon didn't show up at checkout. I think only the 20% off one works.
FWIW, the Verona isn't great coffee in my opinion, I find it a bit bitter and not very smooth, but it's pretty good at this price point. I know I probably could do better with whole beans but I just don't have the ambition to grind it at home and then to have to clean the grinder - just lazy I guess lol.
I keep waiting for another good deal on Starbucks whole bean at BJ's warehouse - then THEY can deal with the mess of grinding it. A few weeks back I did find a multiple coupon situation and started to grind the bag only to find BOTH grinders DEAD! Nobody could figure out what was wrong with them so they wasted a giant 40oz bag of perfectly good coffee because I had already put it in the hopper - FRUSTRATING!
