Just purchased for about $1450 on 01/31. It didn't arrive until 02/07. I wonder if I can convince Samsung to refund me the difference without going through a return process?

Samsung gave me the difference on the zfold5 a couple months back. And that was me using refferals and trade ins. I think the sales person sent me to customer service via chat
