I dont think the idea of these is a long lasting storage container. They are essentially a single use container for meal prepping or maybe sending left overs home with soneone.
I have bought different brands of these over the years but they all seem to be made from the same materials. The plastic tops crack incredibly easy. The top plastic is super brittle and not flexible enough. They don't last very long, at least in my experience, even when being delicate with them.

Can attest to that. I've bought similar style ones and they are all but a few left because the tops crack.

I recommend getting the hefty brand that they have at Sam's Club. Larger 28oz size and much better price too! 60pcs for $8.98.

If your're using these types of containers for meal prep, please just buy glass Pyrex style containers like this instead. I use Ello branded ones. Bought a total of 10 containers for something like $40 from Costco. Four years letter they're as good as they day I bought them, minus the one I dropped and broke😓. Plus, while Freshware is a known brand and probably ok, with most of these cheap plastic containers, I really really don't trust them to not have BPA that'll leach into food, especially when microwaved.

Exactly what I would buy for. To take work lunches in, leftovers for friends, etc. If I even got 2-3 uses out of one I would be happy.

Your lids lasted? I switched to glass years ago to stop things like tomato sauce from staining Tupperware. My lids are all cracked. Bought a new set with the same results.
