Thanks! I avoid taking more than 1 or 2mg a dose so this is perfect! It's insane seeing the 5mg and 10mg people are popping like candy every single night. The US is one of the few countries you can buy this without a prescription so that should tell you something.

I agree. I have a sleep disorder and did fine on 300 ug for years. I can't imagine taking 33 times that. I was searching on Amazon once and they had 10 mg gummies for children, kinda scary.

An actual brand finally making a more appropriate amount of melatonin sleep aids. Anything over 2-3mg is overkill and can cause issues after even a couple weeks. Use melatonin sparingly. Do your research and know that this stuff can potentially cause a lot of problems when used in higher doses and when taken too often.

Side note, that 40% coupon can be used on a number of different items, but only once. Choose wisely

I suppose cutting these into halves or quarters would be close enough to the optimal dose of 0.3 mg

It's a mess trying to cut it even with a pill cutter. My body doesn't react well with the varied dosage nightly from the uneven cuts. I was trying to cut into thirds.

When I was new into melatonin and have purchased whatever Walmart had, which has happened to be 12mg, I have quickly realized that braking the 12mg pill into 6 parts and taking those separately removes all crazy side effects that the original dosage was giving me. However cutting pills is a messy business business, totally agree with people above

Yea 1mg is way to much. I would start with at most a half piece or less.
