I do not recommend Spectrum Mobile. They are an MVNO on Verizon towers and when the network is congested, you have little to no connection because your priority is so low. There is also no upgrade option for a prioritized connection. I dropped them after 1 month.

Trade in my Google Pixel 6A for $757 that I originally got from metro for $50 years ago. Makes this a true slickdeal 🫡

Ultras all in stock except yellow. The Ultra is the worst value though so I guess that's why nobody wants them.

I probably would have gotten an Ultra instead of plus if they didn't raise the price a whole $100 this year just because they wanted to copy Apple and their stupid titanium gimmick.

Worst value relative to the base S24 but also most expensive. It's still the best offer on the market for trading in a worthless device for $700.

When can you go in store to do the trade in?

With the trade in being instant, are you only paying the difference between the trade in amount and whatever is owed on the phone? For example if the trade in value of my phone is $705 and I want a S24, would I just be paying the difference (i.e. $95 + activation fees, taxes, and first month of service)?

I ask as I could do another phone order online, however:

a) I don't want to tie up another $800+ on my credit card
b) I don't want to deal with shipping in another phone for trade in.

I already got one phone online, but trying to minimize potential issues if I can (at this point I don't really care about the free memory upgrade; nice to have, but not worth bullet points a or b).

Yes, and yes. You get everything deducted at store and they will take your trade in as well. That's what I plan to do but just note that store doesn't always have them in stock. So just don't get your hopes up.

Edit: Is it because is last day and everything is like out of stock besides the ultra.... Spectrum is definitely going to adjust some of their policies after this sale.... I guess they still have me as their internet provider.

I bet they will do something about it. I already ordered the S24+ online, but the hope is to get (3) S24 phones in store with trade ins.

I did today for two phones to ensure that I got the B1G1F unlimited phone line deal my account says it qualifies for online. Paid full price for the phones, one per transaction in store as online, made sure I got the two lines under the double storage preorder promo and B1G1F unlimited phone line deal, and all set.

Did you get instant credit, how much you had to pay in total

No, you only get instant credit if there is a physical exchange of phones, and the store isn't doing that until tomorrow, but I wanted the double storage. I paid the same full price it showed online when I tested out my total, over a grand per phone.

People who are ordering or planning to buy multiple phones on the same line, how would you request unlock on them? Would you just switch the esim to all the phones one by one and then at the end of 60 days ask Spectrum for unlock code? Wouldn't Spectrum be suspicious of the 'n' amount of phones being asked to unlock for a single line?
I added extra line to avoid this hassle. It would cost me just $30 for 2 months. Peace of mind.

My trade in is received on 01/24/2024. It says It should be assessed by 01/26/2024. But, till now there is no update. Any idea how much more time it will take?

Edit: The trade in is accepted today i.e., 01/31
