it is confusing because in the box there are 12 bars. there is a 6 count of wrapped bars but in each wrapped package there are 2 bars so 12 total.

Says 6 count. Each "count" is a pack of 2 bars. I bought the almond butter ones last time and it's the same. If you look in the nutrition info, each serving is also 2 bars. Total weight 50g for 2 bars, 6 servings in the box, shipping weight is 360grams, so yeah, 6 servings/12 bars is 300 grams plus rest is packaging.

Yes, there are 12 actual bars. However, if you are comparing these to other protein bars, there is only really 6 servings. Not to mention the low protein to calories ratio. Overall still not a bad price, and they are decently tasty.

Well not exactly because if they made it actual size it would be a rather large bar and tall package which makes logistics of moving these things around more complicated

The 30 count showed a 35% off coupon. Combined with my 15% subscribe and save, it came out to ~$13.60 for six boxes of 5 packages. Which seems to be a better deal?

Don't buy any Amazon food on sale. Every time I do the food is stale and expiration date is very close.

I got the peanut butter ones and they kinda sucked .... I ended up not trying more than a couple and tossed the rest months later sitting in my cabinet

Yeah. I didn't like the Kind stuff I tried once... whatever it was. Never bought again. This was a few years ago. Thought I'd check back in on current opinions, lol.
