When we have Florida storm power outrages, it is easy to simply fire up the quiet $800 HF Predator 3500w Inverter Generator, which will run my 900w portable A/C unit in bedroom all night long, on less than 3 gallon of gas. Easy to repeat for a week or more, plus run fridge, coffee maker, TV, Internet, lights, and even the microwave and stuff at same time (except A/C), 24/7. Easy to get more gas after a few days if needed. It is almost like we never lost power, except no 220v stuff in current setup. None of this is using the solar stuff I have.
The EcoFlow 3.6kw wouldn't make it through one night, then done until power comes back up to recharge. You would need eight 200 watt solar panels (plus all the required extras) just to have a chance at keeping up with a normal cheap gas generator, and it still wouldn't last 4 hours at night with A/C. The included 160w panel might be able to produce about 8 amps per hour of daylight, so pretty much useless.

May be cheaper to get just the bare LiFePO4 batteries, a controller, etc, but this is easier to set up.
Adding a 160W panel to a 3.6kW power station seems a bit of a mis-match to me, but hey.
