I like how small they are - they don't feel all that snug in my ears (and I am using the largest tips, which is unusual for me), but they stay in place very well (I shook my head as violently as possible without hurting myself). about an hour in and there is no discomfort at all - in fact if they weren't on I might forget they were in.
