Matches previous sale price on March 27 that lasted 10+ days.

FWIW, this 256GB card has a 5 year warranty and is rated for 140,160 hours of FHD recording "Based on Full HD (1920×1080) video content recorded at 26 Mbps (3.25MB/s)." [samsung.com] which translates to 140,160 hr x 3600 sec/hr x 3.25 MB/sec = 1639,872,000 MB = 1640 TBW. Remember that the methodology for TBW determination is probably different for Endurance SD card, where 99%+ of the card is expected to be overwritten by new data and you get near-perfect wear leveling, vs. general purpose data drive (SD card, USB flash drive, SSD) where some data is expected to be static for a long time (OS, app/game, pictures/media, etc).

In comparison, SanDisk's High Endurance 256GB microSD card rated for only 20,000 hours of FHD video (of unspecified bitrate) and 2 years warranty whereas SanDisk's Max Endurance 256GB is rated at 120,000 hours FHD video and 15 years warranty (!), though by year 3 the card is worth a fraction of what you paid for.
wrong again. bestbuy does not need $35 for free shipping. anyone can signup for the free reward bestbuy and they ship this item for free. no shipping cost whatsoever. just pick your dates.

For dashcams and 24/7 security cameras, not photography or typical storage.

Class 10, U3, V30

Fast enough for 4K recordings.

This matches the lowest new price ever according to Keepa.

Sold and shipped by Bezosland.
are you sure its the lowest?

I ended up ordering for BB pickup since I had an expiring $5 reward and the store is on my way when I will be out and about.

Thanks to Keepa for the Amazon alert... it has saved me big time $$ after I installed it in my browser.

For constantly recording/overwriting dashcams and 24/7 security cameras. Overkill for photography or typical storage.

Class 10, U3, V30

Fast enough for 4K recordings.

Price reduced today. This matches the lowest price ever according to Keepa. Normally $29.99 since March. Amazon is matching the BB Memorial Day sale price.

Sold and shipped by Bezosland. Free shipping for all. (Best Buy needs $35 minimum for free ship or a trip to the store.)

8760 hours in a year. I've been running normal samsung cards in outdoor wyze cameras for 3-4 years straight (constant recording) and havent had issue yet (fingers crossed). For $26 would try it if I needed another card, but 140k hours is about 13-14 years if it lasts that long isnt worth it at the $50 price. You card breaks, you usually can buy another better one for cheaper in the future. I think I got the normal Samsung high speed card (128gb) for $15-$17 at the time.

But what if it breaks without you knowing it, your car gets hit, and you have no video of the event? Or it failed before a break-in? Do you buy the crappiest car and home insurance, too?

The default on dashcams for reminders to format cards is OFF. Most people will just set and forget.
