I've have had 2 of these 3/8 drills already. The first I absolutely abused and it eventually gave up the ghost. The second one I've been kinder to and still going strong after a few years of household work. Will give that one to my son.
Bought this deal for the impact driver. No idea how that one will do but looking forward to it.
I have both this and several 18v bosch drills. I always find myself grabbing the 12 because it's so lightweight and does 90% of the jobs.
Have a look at the Milwaukee M12 line, and note how they constantly add to it.

For Lowe's, try setting your location to a different Lowe's if you have several around you. If you have to ship then it kills the deal anyway.
There are several in my area that still show in stock and available for $99. So, the ymmv may very much vary I guess in this case. Good luck!
