Good deal considering I paid $5.86 in June of 2020. Not a bad inflation price.

This really isnt all that great of a deal. HD sells a 40lb bag of fertilizer for $25. Easier to spread too. Youd need 10 of these packs on sale for $80 to match the big bag.

Thanks but ratio is too high for me. I like the ease of the granular formular but the run off and not being kid/pet friendly is no go but should work fine for others.

Any idea if this is OK for trees in north east. - ny/nj/PA area? Have a bunch of established large and medium trees in new house.

Time release vs extended release, completely different concepts. Also, bunk fertilizer is mostly filler. 10-10-10 means that 70% of the bag is NOT fertilizer. Still, that is a great price. Not knocking it.

"A bag of 10-10-10 fertilizer contains 10 percent nitrogen, 10 percent phosphate and 10 percent potash."

ttps://www.ncagr.gov/cyber/kidswrld/plant/label.htm#:~:text=All%20fertilizer%20labels%20have%20three,potash%20(K2O).

Now, I prefer bulk fertilizer. Anecdotally I have never seen (noticeable) results from these Jobe's 'spikes' while loose fertilizer does seem to show results quickly.
