Would the 2x2Ah be a better combo then the 1x4Ah battery? The Former is $255 and says it also provides up to 60 minutes of runtime with the two batteries.

EDIT: I guess in this case, the price is also because its used

No, in the question and answer section, it says the MO80L510 is self-propelled. That's a different model.

Yes you are right.. my bad. This model is not self propelled.
