There are two ingredients commonly found in pre-workouts that have this effect: beta alanine and niacin. Beta alanine generally has a stronger effect for most people. If you're as unhealthily-dependent on stimulants as I am, this is a very welcome feeling. I will often declare, "It's HAPPENING!!!!!!!" in a pseudo-menacing manner when I feel it kicking in -- sometimes to my wife, sometimes to my pups, sometimes to an empty room. 🤷 ♀️

That's just from the beta alanine probably. It makes your skin itchy/tingle

oo yeah cognizins... love to leave some leftover in the can in my car on any day, but on a hot summer day a hot cognizin, yeah.... lol. it's funny to make fun of the dopey product names for the chemical powders that they put in it...

after I have drank my fill of coffee if my work computer screen is still too boring i resort to it

Probably in the minority but I enjoy the tingles the beta alanine gives you, usually drink one of these before a workout, haven't tried the cherry yet so I'll give it a shot. Thanks!

The Skittles flavor tasted nothing like Skittles. Kinda trash. They have other flavors that are good but they all just start to blend together in the sucralose taste

I personally think this flavor was spot on! This might be my favorite energy drink, I just wish they had a bit less caffeine in them. (Which isn't a huge issue, other than I always want to finish the can due to flavor-town)

Got in on the $1 per can deal from vitamin shop a few months ago.

Anyone else notice a slight pain around the tricep/shoulder area? Started on one arm and after a few weeks both arms have a similar pain.

Not sure if it's some type of buildup from these pre workouts
