For those interested. GO FOR IT. I have over 100 hrs in this game and it's top 5 ever for me. Beaten it on PS4 and PS5 both versions excellent. The DLC is some of the best ever. Highly recommend at this price!

Upgrade path from ps4 regular version to ps5 directors cut I believe is even more than $10 as well to upgrade. This is a no-brainer for the ps5 directors cut, stop reading….buy now!

Dell sold it at this price 1 year ago and then cancelled all orders. Jerks. Anyhoo, it would be nice to know if this will eventually be leaving PS Plus Extra. SONY has been a bit too quiet on things like this.

That's only partially correct. The co-op mode was on PS+ in May. Not the full game and not the Director's Cut. The Director's Cut is, however, on the PS+ Extra tier.

This comment can be deleted. I repeated other people's comments that this is on PS+ Extra before I realized others had said it. Or I guess you can leave it so other people don't have to go back through the comments. Either way, didn't mean to piggyback off other commenters.
