I think you are mistaking these for regular Samsung SD cards, but they aren't. These are Endurance PRO card with super longevity, for stuff like security cams, dash cams, etc. They are also built better against water, magnets, X-rays and extreme temperatures, and drops. I'm buying one for my waterproof camera just in case its seal ever fails a little bit. Probably won't save it against a full failure, though.

Also, they do not make Endurance PRO cards at 512GB capacity, according to the Samsung website. So you are definitely mistaking these cards for something else. This exact same card went Frontpage at $1 more, last month.

There are so many negative reviews of knock-off SD cards from all manufacturers and types, it's better to get from a true retailer than take the risk of a knock-off.

Why are there people still talking @#$% about fake Samsung memory cards in every single one of these threads. If you have a fake memory card, request a return and send it back to the retailer. You can easy verify the memory card with free software from Samsung's website. I bought this same memory card through the Amazon deal and got a genuine Samsung card. Case closed.

There are so many negative reviews of knock-off SD cards from all manufacturers and types, it's better to get from a true retailer than take the risk of a knock-off.

Yes overkill. Can probably find a card to do that job for a lower price or higher space. Music files are probably large so I would go for larger storage space. A lot of the symbols are for data transfer rates which are important for recording or viewing 4k video. This transfer speed will probably only translate for you with how long it takes to save or move files.

This is what is needed for dash cams, security cameras, body cams. If you use a regular version you will kill the card very quickly. These will take the abuse.

I just bought this card on the 2nd. Will ask for the price adjustment but bought another just incase. The thing that sucks is that I was supposed to get it the next day but its been pushed back, and back. Tomorrow is supposed to be the day I get it now. The two 64gb cards I bought at the same time did come the next day though. Its the 128's that are being delayed.
