Yes but I think the riser is only pci-e 3. Might not matter to most, but for those who want to squeeze everything out of their gpu, pcie 4 riser is the way.

Fun case to build in. It helps to have a itx power supply with short and flexible cables. Mine were stiff but I still managed to use a dual tower cpu cooler lol.

It also helps if you don't plan on installing any HDDs since the build won't look as clean as it could be. There's a youtuber who has a bunch of videos on this case which may help with your build.
