I said with club card (free) and even then sales are regional. Safeway isn't even a cheap chain, point is look at local grocery store sales and not hard to beat

The .78 cent number is inaccurate. Not sure where same of these prices come from sometimes on Amazon. According to the Camel, these have been consistently priced at $8.26 since last June until today.
