The word you're looking for is "beware".

Superman TAS's visual quality is basically a nudge above bargain bin animation. Totally watchable, a classic, but not something that will really improve enjoyment with 4K.

It's a shame WB cut back on the animation budgets at that time. Early year Batman TAS was peak awesomeness. Though they did make the lower budget work *really* well in Batman Beyond. Justice League seemed alright as well.

I never watched this one growing up. I'm still waiting on Disney to actually do something with the X-Men TAS. Fox gave us a shitty bare bones release and I honestly don't Disney will do anything better unfortunately.

I'm sure this up converts to 1080P & 4K pretty nicely, but I would still prefer the Blu-ray version.
Any idea if those come with digital copies? And yes, I know this is on HBO Max.

I don't know if the Blu-ray listed is the remastered one Stranger Music refers to, but the cover image of the cheaper Blu-ray set (of the 2) says it includes digital code.
