3:2:1 You should have 3 copies of data, two different types of storage mediums, and at least one copy offsite if you want some sort of assurances against data loss.
Also, you can buy a few of these for a lot less than 14TB of flash or easy to access cloud storage. (Granted - There are a few cloud cold storage options that might make sense for one of the offline / different media ' offsite copies.)

People buy ssd for performance, not reliability. Until very recently, SSDs had spotty reliability, which is still in question to this day. I had one fail myself. Meanwhile I have to decommission my old and now undersized spinning disks with a hammer because they lasted well longer then needed for their capacity.
Just in case anyone doesn't know, parity on a RAID or unRAID isn't enough for complete security of availability. Backup essentials to another system, preferably offsite.
