This the HD Q4 promo. It's going to be everywhere till New Years. The only reason it's being put up slowly is because this deal requires a lot of bare tools on shelves and most stores didn't have multiple bare tools needed for this combo. So they are just now receiving stock. In Houston it was up weeks ago. Its been trickling to the rest of states slowly.

Is this a good deal? At $100 per tool, seems a bit expensive still. There are plenty of Milwaukee M18 going around with less than $100 per tool.

I like the 399 2 free tools deal more. With this one you're basically paying $100 for each extra tool and you get a 5.0 vs a 2.0 battery. But the best deal this season so far is the makita 3 tool and 2x 4.0 batts for $249

M18 fuel? Links? If not you should be comparing to some of the lower end DeWalt stuff. Also, this has 6amp charger, 6ah fv batt, 5ah batt

Last year i recall the flexvolt advantage tool rolling box getting sold out until late January and the tools associated was in severe shortages in respected regions

So its actually a YMMV surprisingly; not considering the constraints on hardware and tools as well
