Pretty solid deal when you keep in mind that this is the 5A version and fully automatic. I have Schumacher, Black & Decker and the NOCO Genius1, and the NOCO is my favorite. The Schumachers are pretty good, but I've seen one of the B&Ds overcharge batteries to the point where there's seepage from the caps.
WTF is a Desulfator? Claims to "repair" batteries.
Anyone actually have experience with it "repairing" a dead/old battery?
It refreshes the plates in the battery, it will not bring every dead battery back, but a good number of them. Most cheap chargers do not come with this function.
That being said, the reviews on this state that this is not a good maintainer. IMO you are better off with a Battery Tender if this is your main reason for considering the Norco.

A simple search on Amazon will tell anyone that.
WTF is posting these overpriced deals for Noco products about?
It's a desulfator, maintainer charger with boost charge features. It charges 6 & 12V
It's not a slickdeal but decent price for what it is.
